Dealing with customers, is not easy for any entrepreneur or business owner. But, with this simple task, you can make it easy and successful.
According to CNBC report, billionaire Warren Buffett during an event said, "Tomorrow morning, when you look in the mirror after you've gotten up, just write — put it in lipstick or whatever you want on the mirror — just put 'delight my customer'.
Buffett with his statement, clarified that he does not mean "satisfy customers, but delight customers.
As per the report, advising the small business owners and how to make customers happy, the chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, said, "Any business that has delighted customers has a salesforce out there. You don't have to pay them, you don't see them, but they're talking to people all the time."
Giving an example from his personal experience, Buffett said that after buing a car, he does not remember how much money he paid but remember the experience he had.
As the happy customers are the best salesmen, Buffett pointed out, "Your customer is going to get to vote and talk, and you want them out there as salesmen for you".
According to him, customer delight is the main mantra of success.
