Share Market News: Domestic equity benchmarks finished a choppy session mildly in the red as selling pressure in FMCG and auto shares offset buying interest in select IT heavyweights such as Infosys and Wipro. The Sensex closed 29.5 points lower at 75,967.4 while the Nifty 50 gave up 14.2 points to settle five points below the 22,950 mark. Muted quarterly results and global trade-related kept investors on the back foot, say analysts.

As the earnings season draws to a close, Ace Men Engg Works is set to report their financial results on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, Elantas Beck India was set to report its earnings for the October-December period.
Dividend Stocks
Carborundum Universal, Gillette India, Maithan Alloys, United Drilling Tools and Saraswati Saree Depot have each announced dividends with February 19 as the record date.
Stock Split
Conart Engineers has declared a 2:1 split with a record date of February 19.
Concor
The company has awarded an order worth almost Rs 690 crore to Braithwaite & Co for 30 spine car rakes.
The order is to be completed by August next year.

The American health regulator has issued six observations after completing an inspection at the drug maker's facility at Turbhe in Navi Mumbai.
RVNL
The railway PSU has secured an acceptance letter for a project worth Rs 554 crore from rail infrastructure development company KRIDE.
L&T
L&T has purchased the remaining 26 per cent stake in its subsidiary L&T Special Steels and Heavy Forgings (LTSSHF) for Rs 170 crore.

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) subsidiary IREDA Global Green Energy Finance has secured provisional registration as finance company in GIFT City in Gujarat.
Puravankara
The company has purchased 37.8 lakh shares in Sobha Puravankara Aviation for Rs 3.78 lakh, taking its stake to 89.49 per cent from 49.95 per cent.
