Honda Motorcycle launches All-New NX200 in India: Know what's new

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has launched the all-new Honda NX200 in the Indian market. Designed specifically for adventure enthusiasts, this bike promises an exciting and thrilling ride, said the company. The Honda NX200 is priced starting at Rs 1.68 lakh (ex-showroom) and is available at the company's Red Wing and Big Wing dealerships across the country. 

To mark the launch, the company has introduced some fresh cosmetic updates. Yogesh Mathur, the Director of Sales and Marketing at HMSI, expressed excitement about the new model: "We are delighted to introduce the All-New NX200, a motorcycle designed for those who seek adventure and freedom on two wheels. With its striking design, thrilling performance, and cutting-edge technology, the NX200 is set to redefine the riding experience for enthusiasts across India."

Honda NX200: Design and Performance

The Honda NX200 takes inspiration from the iconic NX500, combining ruggedness with modern styling. The bike boasts a muscular fuel tank, striking graphics, and a commanding stance. The new design also includes an all-new LED headlamp, sleek LED turn signals, and a distinctive X-shaped LED tail lamp.

Under the hood, the NX200 is powered by an updated OBD2B-compliant 184.4cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine, delivering 12.5 kW of power at 8500 RPM and 15.7 Nm of peak torque at 6000 RPM. The engine comes paired with a 5-speed gearbox. 

Honda NX200: Equipped with Advanced Technology

Honda has equipped the NX200 with a host of high-tech features. It includes a 4.2-inch full digital TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity and Honda RoadSync app compatibility, allowing riders to access navigation, receive call notifications, and SMS alerts. Additionally, the bike comes with a USB Type-C charging port for convenient charging on the go.

In terms of safety and performance, the motorcycle features selectable torque control and an assist-and-slipper clutch. For enhanced braking control, the bike is fitted with a dual-channel Anti-lock Braking System (ABS).

Honda NX200 Pricing and Availability  

The ex-showroom price of the Honda NX200 is Rs 1,68,499 (Delhi). The bike is available in a single variant and comes in three attractive color options: Athletic Blue Metallic, Radiant Red Metallic, and Pearl Igneous Black. According to the release, the NX200 is now available at all HMSI Red Wing and BigWing dealerships across India.
